Strawberry Fresh Drink
Strawberries make fantastic milkshakes and luscious daiquiris, but those are only two of the mouthwatering beverages that include summer's sweet little fruit. Stock up on strawberries, get out your blender and whip up a few delicious strawberry drinks.

Mango, Tomato and Avocado Salad
Ingredients
1 medium mango cut into chunks
3/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 tbspoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbspoons olive oil
1 tbspoon white wine vinegar
1 tbspoon lemon juice
1/4 tspoon salt
1/4 tspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1 medium avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and cut into chunks
Salad greens (optional)
1.In a medium bowl combine mango, tomato and red onion.
2.For the dressing, combine the cilantro, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a screw-top jar and shake, or in a bowl and mix. Pour dressing on the mango, tomato and onion mixture. Toss gently to coat. Cover and chill for up to four hours.
3.Mix in the avocado before serving. Serve on bed of greens.

Mango Yogurt
Puree 1 mango and spoon equal amounts into 6 clear plastic cups. Top each with 1/4 cup yogurt. Spoon cubed mango over the top, saving a few pieces for garnish. Top with remaining 1/4 cup yogurt and reserved mango. (Recipe may be made ahead at this point. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.)
Top each serving with a tablespoon of granola just before serving.

Mango Juice
Key nutrient in mangoes include vitamin C, vitamin E, potassium, fructose, glucose, iron, fiber, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, zinc, copper, manganese, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2, (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), pantothenic acid, folate acid, and small amounts of lipids and amino acids.
Mangoes have been used to treat anemia, bleeding gums, clogged pores, constipation, cough, cysts, fever, hypertension, indigestion, nausea, nephritis (kidney inflammation), respiratory ailments, seasickness and weak digestion.
Orange Juice
Orange Juice this was an early Xara image which is used in the drinks picture, Alone it was used as part of advertisement, incorporating other refreshments. I want to work more on the flesh of the orange.
